Meet Pink Camellia Care

Pink Camellia Care is a family-owned, registered NDIS provider based in south-western Sydney. Founded by sisters Lina and Mariam, who have over a decade of experience in aged and disability care, the organisation offers personalised services that prioritise quality of life, dignity, and respect. Being local and community-focused, they understand the unique challenges faced by families from multicultural backgrounds and treat every individual like family.

The diagnosis

With a steadily growing NDIS business built on word-of-mouth referrals, Pink Camellia Care had never needed a website—until now. As their services expanded, they realised a strong digital presence was essential for building credibility, attracting new clients, and showcasing their expertise. They needed a website that not only reflected their values but also positioned them as a trusted provider in the industry.

The treatment plan

A website isn’t just words on a page—it’s a reflection of a brand’s identity, values, and expertise. That’s why our work with Pink Camellia Care started with a deep-dive strategy session to uncover their unique voice, mission, and what truly sets them apart. Through this workshop, we mapped out their information architecture and user journey, ensuring their website would not only resonate with their ideal clients but also make navigation seamless.

One key challenge was that their services were a bit jumbled and unclear. We worked closely with them to create logical categories, structuring their offerings in a way that was easy to understand while also highlighting their expertise. We also provided guidance on how to best present their services to make them more accessible and engaging for potential clients.

We focused on two key areas:

  • Brand Voice – A strategy session to define their unique tone, messaging, and point of difference.

  • Website Copywriting – Clear, compelling, and SEO-optimised content for all pages, designed to connect with their audience and drive inquiries.

But we didn’t stop there. Knowing how much visuals impact brand perception, we connected them with a talented designer to create decals for their company vehicles. And as part of our commitment to supporting POC-owned businesses, we offered Pink Camellia Care a spot in our For The Culture program, providing a discounted rate to help them bring their vision to life.

The result? A website that doesn’t just exist—it speaks, connects, and builds trust.
